Adjustable in height from 125cm to 162cm the spring-loaded sway bar is not only great for kids but for juniors also, the locking clasp has been made to be one of the easiest around as we've eliminated the need for a screw, simply open the clasp, adjust the height, close the clasp & away you go. Despite the punch bar being designed for the younger generation Playerz Boxing has maintained the robust, durable nature of the original flex bar meaning the head target is able to withstand the same punishment & the loaded spring is able to absorb the hits before coming back at you time & time again. The one improvement on the kids sway bar is the bottom base which has been fitted with suction pads to give greater stability, when filled with sand or water the sway bar grips to the floor allowing for better motion on the spring. The spring itself is made from heavy-duty steel that's been made flexible enough to give a 90 degrees sway when punched, this means the bar will give a consistent back & forth motion improving your speed, reactions, movement & precision.
